SVP Executive Creative Director

Head of Creative Marketing, spearheaded all brand and content marketing campaigns, focused on streaming growth, and the creation of a differentiated Showtime brand.

  • Restructured, consolidated, and optimized a fragmented staff of 60, combining five departments into a single, high-performing, fully integrated 360 creative team.

  • Infused a best-in-class creative approach along with deep agency relationships to develop innovative, Clio & Promax Award-winning marketing campaigns for Showtime brands and series such as Dexter, Yellowjackets, Billions Shameless, and many more.  Oversaw content creation, and tactical executions across all platforms including digital, AV, OOH, Print, and stunts. 

  • Collaborated with digital, media planning, PR, activations, and awards teams in the development of strategy, positioning, content and tactics to create breakthrough promotions and identify market opportunities, leading to an average 10% per annum subscriber growth.

  • Directed re-brand including development of positioning, brand bible, visual identity & voice guidelines.

  • Led creative and branding on Paramount+ Showtime partnership, and skyShowtime partnership.

  • Managed relationships and collaborated with A-list Hollywood talent in the execution of campaigns that broke ratings and acquisitions records, notably the most streaming sign-ups in history (Dexter: New Blood), the #1 streaming debut ever (Yellowjackets s2) and the most-watched Showtime premiere (The Chi s6).

Senior leader on 360 campaigns and creative marketing strategy for Netflix original series campaigns including Orange Is the New Black, Bridgerton, Glow, Russian Doll, The Politician, Ratched, and Shadow & Bone.

  • Managed marketing team, oversaw content creation,  and led cross-functional partners–e.g. media, PR, international, product, and brand teams–to achieve global viewership and acquisition objectives.

  • Managed relationships with showrunners like Ryan Murphy, Shonda Rhimes, and Jenji Kohan.

  • Worked closely with research and insights to leverage, data, testing, platform development, and global trends to drive growth, innovation, and success.

  • Notable successes: Ratched launched as #1 series premiere with 48M viewers in four weeks. Bridgerton became the second-most-watched series in Netflix history. 

FX NETWORKS, LA, CA 10/2013 – 10/2018

Senior executive managing creative team for FX Originals, FXNow, and FX Brand, in deep collaboration with cross-platform marketing partners.

  • Developed and led creative strategies, positioning, and briefs for use across all marketing and creative teams, working closely with the Marketing President, to build 360 campaigns.

  • Partnered in the production of all promotional content including AV, packaging, design and more. Led cross-functional teams and agency partners in alignment of brand and title campaigns.

  • Notable successes: Launched most-watched premiere in FX History, People vs. OJ Simpson, cable’s #1 comedy Baskets, the most watched program in FX history Sons of Anarchy, plus Fargo, Pose, Versace, Better Things, and more.

  • Led integrated marketing creative, launching first-ever LGBTQ partnerships with major brands like Levi's, Subaru, and Gilead, contributing a significant revenue stream.

  • Managed department budget and staff of 30 creative directors, art directors, producers, designers, and editors.

  • Led in-house creative team in execution of network rebranding and development of brand bible & voice.
